Whats the best steering servo to use ?

currently im using a hitec 5695 mg, .12 transit time and 11 kg of torque, working well so far..

I was using a hitec 645 mg, which was ok but a little slow, but good torque (13 i think)

whats everyone else using ?

and whats the "dream" servo to use ?

Thunder Tiger 1013 now replaced with the 1015.
They are also solder under ACE brand. These are seriously fast and quiet and super strong.

Depends if you want digital or analogue

I use Sanwa / Airtronics big boys - 0.10 - 14.5kg

The thunder tiger / Ace digitals seem nice - 0.108 - 14.5kg at around $160 from J&N - just make sure you have a decent receiver pack as these babies suck the juice.....

The RRP for these is $160USD - I will be selling them for $180NZD so its a fair bit cheaper than buying from a shop!

Please PM me or post here if you would be keen on one (I need to tell my brother how many to bring home). He will be getting them from a place that only sell Futaba gear.

Thanks alot,
Mark R
