Is it possible that all of my recievers have died at the same time?

Hey guys...long time no chat!

i have been breaking a few of my cars outa moth balls over the last few weeks.

I have been working on a hop'ed up wild dagger and a 10th pan car...

i have a strange problem that i cant figure out.....i cant get the fn recievers to work (well im assuming that thats even the problem actually).

i have tryed several recievers and transmitters and xstal sets and cant get a peep out of anything. even my old setup runners arent responding!

is it possible that all of my recievers have died at once?

ftw:
- batteries all charged and good.
- motors running when i move the speed controller manually.
- the esc is beeping like the transmitter is not on. (not the same car as with the msc of course)

im hopeing that im just really stupid and im missing something really simple that i can have a chuckle about.?

any thoughts would be super super appreciated.

Brett

I seem to remember one of the wires corrodes if you leave a flat battery in the transmitter.
